Acceptance

By creating a profile, posting, uploading, messaging or using other community features, you agree to these Terms & Safety rules. Do not use those features if you do not agree.

Community rules

Users must be truthful, respectful and lawful. Harassment, threats, bullying, hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, scams, dangerous ride pressure, impersonation and illegal content are prohibited. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy, safety or intellectual-property rights. Dating features are for adults 18 and older.

Rides and lessons

Riders are responsible for licensing, insurance, protective equipment, motorcycle condition and riding within their ability. Lessons are general education and do not replace certified hands-on training.

Road Help

Call 911 for immediate danger. MotoBeacon does not replace police, fire, EMS, towing or roadside insurance. Helpers are independent users, not MotoBeacon employees.

Membership

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Access continues through the paid billing period. Payments are generally nonrefundable except for billing errors or where law requires otherwise.

Enforcement

Users must report objectionable content or behavior and may block another user. MotoBeacon may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when needed to protect users or enforce these rules. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. Use the in-app Report control or email crossplay38555@gmail.com for urgent moderation concerns that are not emergencies.
