Delete your MotoBeacon account

Delete inside MotoBeacon

Sign in, open Profile, select Delete account, and confirm. This deletes your profile, posts, rides, messages and Road Help activity associated with the account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access MotoBeacon, email crossplay38555@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject “MotoBeacon account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of other users. They are not kept for ordinary profile or community use.
